I have acquired a new watch vovomove lux and the watch cannot be paired with the mobile phone
I tried unsuccessfully to connect the watch with 3 different mobile phones and all of them stopped connecting halfway.
What can be done?
The best would be contacting the Support, and let you lead through the process by them - either you do something wrong, not following the installation instructions exactly, or the device is faulty. The Support can handle both of it.
