For past year, my Venu Sq worked fine. Today, after exercise, though it was captured as activity, the ‘intensity’ parameter has disappeared in both the Venu watch and the Connect ‘iPad’ application. Any ideas?

If you mean the Intensity Minutes, then the panel will only appear if you already logged some Intensity Minutes this week (since the midnight between Sunday and Monday). Do a longer intensive workout where your HR is at least some 150% of your Resting HR for at least 10 consequent minutes, and then sync the watch and check again the IM panel in Garmin Connect
