My Fenix6 watch calculates steps just fine, and records for an activity, say a number such as 7765.
When I walk to my car and from my car into my house, the step counter on my Fenix6 will show something like 8265, as will the number of steps on Garmin Connect.
But, after I sync Garmin Connect, the steps on Connect & on my device are reset to 7765.
This happens at syncs, but not always at syncs. I've noticed that it happen as I'm updating calories (synced to myfitnesspal).
This is a new problem, as in the last 48 hours.
Any thoughts? My Garmin Fenix6 is the preferred device. I was shocked that Connect could overwrite my watch!
