Incident detection doesn’t work on Fenix 7X sapphire solar

I can’t get incident detection on my new Fenix 7X sapphire solar to work. 

I am trying to test the incident detection during activities like run, walk, bike, but none of these supported apps is generating the emergency countdown after a very strong simulation of hitting the ground (my hand hurts from hitting the ground)

I setup 3 emergency contacts and they approved my request to have them as emergency contact, I have checked it while holding the light button till countdown starts and it is working fine. 
I have setup all apps to enable incident detection under “safety & tracking”

I have the watch on my hand, and the Garmin Connect app open and connected to the watch on my iPhone 13

so I’m not sure what am I missing… but I tried it like 20 time with different activities, and still nothing, 

Any help will be appreciated

    I forgot to mention I have the newest firmware  10.43.

    The watch is looking for a sudden stop, so it usually triggers if you are walking and then suddenly stop and stand still for a few seconds. No need for hitting your hand in the ground. If you are out running or walking you can try making a sudden stop and wait. 

    Watch must be connected to the phone and have a GPS position.

    Thanks. I did try a sudden stop I even hit the brakes on my bikes and pretend I fall on the earth then stop move for 30 seconds. 
    I also went through the link you sent and I believe I have followed all requirements, still no success…

    I have the same problem with my fenix7  sapphire solar. Incident are most of the time not detected. I did fall 2 times last week (real falls when cani- trailing) and none were detected.

    I did a few tests by simulating a fall and staying still on the ground but without success. Only in very rare occasion the fall is detected (1 out of 20 ).

    I had the same problem a year ago when I switched my fr235 for a fr245. After 2 weeks I decided to return the fr245.

    I did expect some improvement with the fenix7 sapphire about the incident detection but apparently it is still the same. This is still a function we can not rely on. I hope it will improve in the next upgrades.
