garmin 245 tracking steps, but not uploading into garmin connect

My garmin 245 watch shows that it tracking steps, but they have stopped uploading into garmin connect.

I have tried to uploard online through garmin connect and garmin express, but still no luck

Try the tips in the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing - I'd start with the hint #4, in your case
