Wrong heart rate widget on Connect

Hey, guys. For some time now, the heart rate widget in the garmin app has been showing me wrong. Instead of the usual wild curve that flies up and down, it just shows me this weird broken line. Yet in the watch it is correct. Anyone know what to do? Is it a bug in the app or in the watch transmission? It's messing up my stats and training preparation a bit. I have a fr935 watch. Thanks a lot for the advice.

Hm, very weird. I haven't seen such case yet here on the forum. How does the HR graph look when you record an activity? I mean on the activity screen. And does the all-day HR graph look the same when you look at it in Garmin Connect Web?

I'd try restarting the watch, or soft-resetting it (press the Light button for some 20s till it shuts down). And if it still looks the same, I'd try the process described in the hint #4 of the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing
