Training Load breakdown by categories

I see a lot of screenshots showing a breakdown of the training load by Low Aerobic, High Aerobic and Anaerobic. An example screenshots like this:

But I can't for the life of me find this breakdown in the current iOS app? Has this been remove or replaced with something else?

This seems like a very useful breakdown to see how far out of whack the numbers are instead of these vague messages like "Load Focus - Low Aerobic Shortage".

I have an Edge 530 and do most of training in cycling if that matters.

Thanks!

  • On the page you see with the text "Load Focus - Low Aerobic Shortage" you should click the text "Load" in the bottom of that page.

Left side menu > Performance Stats > Training Status > Load

Or if you got the training status card in My Day: Click the card > Load

  • When I go to Performance Stats > Training Status, there is no load option:

Clicking on 7-Day Training Load shows me:

There's nowhere in the iOS app that I can see that says "Load" and has that breakdown.

I was able to find it online by going to Reports > Training Status, and then clicking on the hyperlink at the top where it says "Load Focus". That opens a small modal dialog with the breakdown.
