Garmin connect reports no network connection after iOS 16.1 and iPadOS 16.1

On my iPhone 14 pro max, I kept getting a "no network connection" when trying to see my activities. 

I uninstalled app and reinstalled the app(v4.60.1).  Then it said my password was wrong. So I reset my pwd.

When I try logging in now it’s says, "Sign in attempt failed. Sorry, something went wrong. Let’s try that again."

I know the logging/pwd works since it the same one I used to log this issue.

When I enter my old pwd it says, "invalid sign in. (passwords are case sensitive)"

Same thing on my iPad Pro 12.9" , M1
