I am new to the forum so apologies if this is a naive question.
I am trying to export a full day of HR data (not in activity mode) but can only seem to get average and max daily HR data to download.
I can see the graphs and I know the data is there. Just can't export the raw data.
What am I missing? thanks in advance!

The raw data can be exported in the Garmin's FIT file format on the Daily Summary page of Garmin Connect Web. See the cogwheel menu up right::
If you need to convert it to another file format, you'll find several tools and services for that purpose online.
Another possibility is using the DevTools » Network page of your browser to load the data in JSON format.
