I am trying to transfer a saved route on Strava to my Garmin 530 computer and keep getting error messages

If you've connect Garmin Connect and Strava and enabled the Courses permission you only need to Star the course and it will automatically be transferred to Garmin Connect and on next sync it will be on your Edge without you doing anything.
