I occasionally run with a 12 lb weighted vest on to add variety/difficulty. When I do, Garmin tells me that my performance condition is low, and sometimes that I am in an “unproductive” cycle because my measurables show that I am struggling more than usual (which is correct, but not because of inadequate rest). Is there a way to more accurately record this kind of workout? I still want the usual run stats at the end (hr, elevation, splits, etc.)
