No new sleep information

i have written everything on the subjet. Ans unfortunatly it s not allowed to past text.

I got a vivoactive 4 s. Since i have given my Watch to my husband for two weeks. I dont have thew infos about the sleep.
I have restart the Watch. I have make an logiciel upgrade.
What else can i do?

If your husband registered the watch in his own Garmin Connect account, he will have to remove it there first (and from Garmin Express too), and then you should follow the instructions in the hint #4 of the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing, (removing and then re-adding the watch back to your account).
