Activity not synching from watch to Garmin Connect

My activity is not uploading to garmin connect on my iPhone. I can view on my watch but app still has it as a planned activity not the actual activity I completed

+1 Same here. Neither running, nor swimming activities cannot be loaded in the app and on the web either. I can see the activity on the watch though. I'll talk to support. Their QC isn't good :-(…

It’s still not solved, did run planned tempo run and it still looks it’s not done

My run today cannot be synced between the VA 3 watch and Garmin connect after hours' trying. Other data, though, such as steps, heart rate, intensity minutes are synced. BTW, the run was prescribed by Garmin coach for today. This is the first time I have syncing problem after years using Garmin. Is there something to be done from my end to fix it? I'd appreciate some help.

Same here. And the same for two friends using coach. Must be a general issue.

Yeah I’ve been in contact with Garmin today this morning and just now. There is a sync issue happening with GC and there is no time frame they cant provide on when it will be fixed. They said usually when this happens, engineers are able to fix within the day. They said because the activity is on your watch it should load once the sync issue is resolved. So we just have to painfully wait….
