No sync animation

Ah I've noticed that a few times with my 955 where the line doesn't move sometimes.

Have you deleted and reinstalled the App, sometimes that fixes things..

I also forget the device from BT settings on the phone and redo the pair 

Reinstalling the app and/or redoing the Bluetooth pairing didn’t help. Maybe I shall wait for an app update. After all this is only a cosmetic problem.  

Well well, today’s update didn’t fix the problem.  

Does it never show the circle completing , or just sometimes? Mine does it the majority of the times , sometimes the blue arrows twirl but the green doesn't move.

Don't you, by hazard, use Wi-Fi on the watch for syncing? in that case it would not show any progress on the app - it syncs directly to the server, in such case, without passing through the app at all.

Good question but no I don’t. And the syncing works normally, only the animation doesn’t.

Yes, syncing works normally even over Wi-Fi (though it will not show any progress on the app). So if you ever configured Wi-Fi on your watch, and have it on, then it may be using the Wi-Fi instead of BT. But if you are sure the Wi-Fi is off, then OK - it must be something else.

Yes, the Wi-Fi on my watch is turned off.
