My EPO file is not updating when I sync with Connect on IPhone.

Try syncing with Garmin Express on a computer.

If syncing with Express do not update your EPO file then try restoring it. Follow the instruction here: https://support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=CevbI1mlnV2SejYAaOQZ29
