My garmin 735xt connect to my phone and app, b ur when trying to sync workouts it keep restarting the watch. Just bought this brand new after the same thing was happening to my old one

Garmin 735xt forerunner not syncing workouts. Every time it tries to sync the watch keeps restarting and the same thing keeps happening every time I open the garmin connect app. Starting happening on my old watch the same model. Bought a new one a few days ago and it’s doing the same exact thing

That looks more like a software problem, than a hardware failure. Get a refund for the newly acquired watch, keep the old one, and contact the Product Support to diagnose and fix the issue.
