Can someone help me with this? I get all other notifications, just not texts.

See the document Garmin Device Not Receiving Smart Notifications From Phone | Garmin Customer Support for some hints, especially the section "Check the Settings on your Phone" » iOS and pay special attention to all details in the Step 3!
Also, make sure “Focus” is turned off, there is a problem with it and some Garmin devices.
