I finally found the solution to why I am not receiving notifications any longer on my Venu SQ. This has been going on for awhile and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. My original Venu doesn’t have this issue. I had tried so many things (1. Removing the watch and re-adding it, 2. re-setting the watch and then re-adding it to connect, turning BT on and off etc)
In support.garmin.com I finally found the solution. The problem started with the “focus” add on with IOS 15.* and effects some models of the Garmin watches but not others.
Solution: Turn off any “focus” items in IOS. This solved my problem. SO happy. See below.
