record weight dialog – can this annoying bug finally be addressed?

Hi,

I am wondering if this annoying bug can finally be addressed. It happens about every second or third time when I try to record weight. The screen turns black when I tap on the value and the only action left is to force terminate the app.

I have been seeing this in probably all versions that have been released in the last year. Thanks for looking into it!

Does not happen on my iPhone. Did you already try reinstalling the app?

Try also clearing the cache of the GC Mobile app. Even at a reinstall the cache may stay preserved.

There is no clear cache option for that app as shown in the link.

In that case tap Storage in the settings, find Connect there, and offload the app there.

I performed the following steps:

Opened Storage

Navigated to Connect

Clicked on Offload

Clicked on Reinstall

Synced the watch

It was possible to add multiple weight measurements. I will try for a couple of days to see if that problem has been resolved.
