Running activities were saved on my watch but don’t appear in the apps.
Sync with Garmin Express. If that does not help then fetch the file and import it to Garmin Connect Web.
Edit: There is an issue that activities do not show in the app. That might be the issue here. Check in Garmin Connect Web if the activity is there.
