Absolute rubbish. I’m sick of pairing it up. It’s the biggest waste of money I’ve seen. It’s going back for a full refund.

What does support say about how to solve the issue?

Sadly they were happy for me to get a refund. Not one ounce of help. I have a brain tumour so need to accurately gauge my weight. It just keeps disconnecting from my iPhone forcing me to reset everything. Shame as I like most about it. Support was shameful though.  

If you got problems with the Index scale, you could have perhaps gotten some tips on the Index Scale Forum.

I know you’re trying to help but I paid for a product not to be a part of a support forum. 

That's fair. If you are happy with the refund, there is no problem. I had the feeling you'd still like to use the scale. In such case you could certainly get some help or tips from other users.

That's why I am suggesting to get the help from other users on the right forum for your device. I doubt that everyone has to make a reset of whatever each time they weight. However, I am not familiar with your device, and there are not as many Index users here, as on the Index Scale Forum, so you better check for your issue there.
