IQ error strava

I get this error message when I try to connect Strava routes IQ. This happens after changing my Strava mail.
can you see an error at the backend?

We cannot. This is a user forum. However, the Strava Routes IQ app is obsolete, no more available, and no more needed. Routes (courses) are being synced from Strava to Garmin automatically without the need of any app, as long as your GC and Strava accounts are linked.
