What is a good training to get more high aërobe effort. My garmin say that I have to do more high aërobe training. Must I go in “red” of just under it?
I tried some workouts but often the same message.

Thanks...I will control my training more about this point. I now go often with interval to and over this point. But perhaps your suggestion is better. Perhaps to do this indoor. I don't now if I can manage this outdoor. Find a higher mountain. Or go on vacation to higher mountains...
When it tells you need a high aerobic effort, it does not mean you have to exercise in a higher altitude at all. It means you need to exercise so that you stay longer time in the upper part of the aerobic zone, near the lactate threshold (Z3-Z4). No need to move to a higher altitude for that.
I know, I know, but a long hill can help to come quick to that point and stay there.
Thanks for your help.
