It seems this is a HUGE problem from what I’ve read on this forum. Has anyone found an answer?
I’ve tried calling someone at Garmin in Southampton this morning and as soon as I explained the issue, the Garmin staff member didn’t want to take responsibility of the case and put me on hold for one one to ever pick up despite being on hold for over an hour! Absolutely terrible customer service from Garmin.
So I’m all up to date with the watch and software, I’ve tried resetting both the iPhone 12 and Fenix 6, re-added then deleted then re-added … I have tried everything and my brand new watch still fails to reconnect back to the Bluetooth on my iPhone. It’s pretty much rendered the Garmin watch useless.
I am using an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS15.6.
