Hello,
I am following the half marathon training with coach Greg and I am currently in week 6 out of 15.
I had to pause the training plan for 10 days and after that, all my long runs were scheduled on Wednesday instead of Sunday,
Therefore, I tried moving the long run to another day and then back to Sunday on the training plan settings, but what happened is that now it looks like my training plan is reset to the first week.
All the runs that are scheduled are now very short easy runs (30-40 minutes).
Is there a way to go back to the point in the plan where I used to be? I was really looking forward to my first goal pace run...
