My instinct solar standard does not pair with my iPhone or iPad anymore. Bluetooth is switched on

Anymore? Has it been paired before?

First step is to remove the watch from bluetooth settings in the iPhone and iPad. Then add the device to either iPhone or iPad in the Connect app. Do not sync to multiple devices.
