Why did my body battery suddenly drop on a run?

I’m doing a training program (Jeff half marathon) and running similar drill workouts and long runs each week. I woke up this morning and my body battery was at 100. Got dress, went for a drill run (2 miles with warm up and cool down) and now my body battery is at 32. Why would this happen? Certainly it wild deplete after my run, but around 80 or even 70 for a longer run. What happened here?

  • There is a brief but extremely high stress period. The higher stress the faster the body battery depletion.

  • I had the same issue twice in the last couple of days. And it was without any extreme stress period. I dont think it explains it... to me I seems more like a bug. Or garmin has changed the body battery algorithm... I'm using my watch for some years now and this never happened before. Kind of annoying.
