Garmin connect phone app showing wrong day

My garmin venu 2 plus watch itself displays the correct time and date, but the connect app on my phone is wrong.

In the my day tab, it is showing data from the previous day and my calender tab is one day ahead. All my activities are also logging one day after I did them.

I checked timezones on my phone and in the web app and everything is correct there.
