If you mean answering WhatsApp messages from the Instinct, then no, it does not, AFAIK. If you mean receiving notifications from WhatsApp, then yes, it does. You get it by enabling the Smart Notifications in Garmin Connect Mobile, and make sure that WhatsApp is enabled too. See the following FAQ article for more details:
