How can I set up an alarm ?

Which Garmin do you have? On my epix, it's long press the light button (top/left).to bring up the controls menu. Select Alarms, then the '+' sign to add a new alarm.

Alternatively, you can get there by long pressing the Up bottom (middle left), select clocks, then alarms.
