I’m racking up kms on regular road bike activities. I’m using rally power meter pedals, Garmin edge 130 and a Forerunner 935 watch. Even with all that, Garmin connect tells me I have no training status. Anyone can help me with that?

Everything looks very good. I see no reason to why you shouldn't get a VO2 max for that ride.
The VO2 max is calculated on the device so if it works you should see it on the watch.
There are two things I usually suggest for most issues with any device.
The following condition from the document My Recorded Activity Did Not Update My VO2 Max Estimate could be the culprit:
Your heart rate must be elevated to at least 70% of your maximum heart rate for at least 20 minutes continuously.
Not sure what your general max HR is, I see just the max HR of 192 bpm in this activity, but even if it were just those 192 bpm (perhaps the global max HR is even more), you would have to stay above 134 bpm continuously for 20 min. Seeing the HR graph, it looks like the HR drops rather often below that threshold.
You could try disabling the auto max HR detection, and assigning it manually a bit lower than the reality (you do not need to adjust the HR zones, if you do not wish).
... and for getting the Training Status, "You must record and upload 1-2 activity per week that generates a VO2 max to Garmin Connect." as stated in the document Why Is My Training Status Not Updating on My Garmin Device?
And additionally your FR935 has to be set as your preferred activity tracker, as mentioned in the Garmin Connect Shows “No Data” for My Training Status. You should check also the other hints in that document, if you see that the VO₂max or Training Status show up on the watch, just do not transfer to your GC account.
