How do I remove my gmail from notifications. I don't want to receive notifications from my gmail account on my watch or even see emails there.

Did you ever figure this out? I also want the email notifications to stop.

Open your iPhone Settings.
Select Notifications.
Select "GMAIL", "Mail", or perform on both.
Remove the Check-mark from the ALERTS called "Notification Center.

Doing this will disable Gmail notifications from being sent to your Garmin device, but you will still be able to receive the Gmail notification on your iPhone.
