I used to use the Jawbone ecosystem back in the day before they went under. I have to tell you, they did an amazing job with their app, explaining everything, and the visuals were great.
I thought i'd post some ideas here so the garmin team can take a look and their app and get some ideas. It was just a really well put together app. I think garmin has a lot of cool features its just hard to see "am I doing the right thing everyday" within the app sometimes.
