Why isn’t my Inreach explore+ listed in devices where I’m trying to add my Garmin devices to Garmin Connect?
Because it is not a supported device. See the document Devices Compatible with Garmin Connect | Garmin Support
All Garmin fitness, wellness and golf devices will connect and share data with Garmin Connect.
InReach devices are none of that.
