My Garmin is not taking my heart rate. What shall I do to fix?

I have put my Gramin on the wrist after a few days and it is not measuring my heart rate. What shall I do?

    • restart the watch
    • verify that the HRM is enabled, and not in the Power Saver mode
    • check whether the green light comes out from the bottom of the watch
    • if it does, clean the watch
    • if it does not help, do the master reset to factory defaults
    • if still not working, contact the Support
