Went on run this morning and saved activity. Distance shows on watch face, but activity isn't showing in history log so it won't sync to Garmin Connect.

I have a Forerunner 245 Music and I went on a run this morning and promptly saved it. The distance shows on the watch face and when I scroll down from the watch face I can see the distance, steps, etc. but the activity isn't logged in the history so it won't sync and I can't manually upload the activity. I connected to my computer via USB and the activity isn't showing in there either. I've deleted old files and nothing. I've never encountered this before and am at a loss. Any ideas?

That is unusual. Assume you've looked in the correct folder under \GARMIN\ACTIVITY. If so, perhaps try one of the recovery tools mentioned in this thread - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?
