Edge 810 fails to upload

I haven't used my Garmin Edge 810 in about 3 years. Rode this morning but cannot get data to upload. It shows the unit is connected to Garmin Connect but it will not sync. Is this unit too outdated to upload data ?

Have you tried using Garmin Express?

If still no joy, might need a factory reset - Edge 810 - Clearing User Data
