Garmin edge 130 plus keeps crashing

My Garmin edge 130 plus (four months old) crashed about 20k into a ride yesterday it automatically turned back on but when I pressed to resume ride it crashed again and kept doing it until I restarted the device however now if I go to start a ride it crashes and brings me back to the home menu again and continues to crash when I start a ride

Try cleaning up the folder //GARMIN/Activity. If it does not help, consider resetting it to the factory defaults. If the issue continues after the reset, contact the Support.
