I know that we can currently select which notification will show up in Garmin's watch by toggling the iOS notification center option.
But it is not ideal. Many people want their relative unimportant notification stays in their iOS notification center but independently select which notification will get to their Garmin watch.
Even some cheap smart bands (e.g., $39 Amazfit Band 5) support this function in their app (attached screenshot)
