There is no activity type for unicycle in Garmin Connect. You will have to track it as something else. If you want separate stats for unicycling you can use an (for you) unused type like track cycling or recumbent or BMX... if you don't use them. Your watch doesn't have those activities so you change the type afterwards in Garmin Connect.
