Epix Gen 2 will not pair with iPhone 13

Epix gen 2 will not pair with IPhone 13, it just continually searches and doesn’t provide a pair code. I’ve done all the trouble shooting, latest version of connect app etc… but still no joy. I’ve disconnected and reconnect my fenix pro 6 and this does it instantly. Can you assist please

    I have had the same issues. My fenix 6 x pro connects straight away. My new EPIX doesn’t. Eventually I got it to connect to the app, but it then says partially compatible. I then had to remove my fenix, which is annoying. In order to use the EPIX as the sole activity tracker (I think it is working). 
    the problem I have now is the Watch software is on 8.45 and won’t update. It’s spoiling what should be a good watch. I’m thinking of sending it back.
