How do you disable pushing phone notifications on the Garmin watch?

is there somewhere you can disable it? It only asked me for if I want to push through notifications when I first set up the phone, and I didn’t find where to turn it off again. Please advice.

Depends on the watch but with the Venu line its under settings, phone, notifications, you have a choice of “show all”, “calls and texts” and “off” if you don’t want to receive any.

You can also just limit it to some apps on the iPhone by turning off “Notification Center” for any app you don’t want to come through on your watch.

On my epix Gen 2: Menu (long press Up) >> Notifications & Alerts >> Smart Notifications >> change status to "off." That's what I'm doing now, as I'm on vacation and don't want to be bothered by work alerts (email, Teams, texts, phone calls, etc.).
