Some connections are missing in Garmin Connect App, but not Garmin Connect Web.

There is a limit of 1000 connections (see https://support.garmin.com/es-CL/?faq=ETHXgsWvaM4Zkyu30Uomj9)  If you see less than that, then it may be due to a timeout during the data transfer (the avatars of a huge number of users may represent a serious volume of data). Check the list on Garmin Connect Web, whether it is complete there. You might also consider using Groups instead, for a huge number of users to share data with, and keeping the Connections feature just for the close friends and family. Besides others, it will also allow you to have better control over the data you share with your friends, with groups, and with the public.

You could try clearing the cache of the GC Mobile app on the phone. Perhaps it will then reload the full list again. If not, then perhaps reinstalling the app, would be the next try. How many contacts do you have?

I have a little over 400. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app. That didn’t work. How do I do your first suggestion?

Well, if you already reinstalled the app, then clearing the cache is redundant. It was done during the reinstall.
