App will not longer sync with my fitness pal

I can not get the garmin to sync with my fitness pal app no matter how many times I try. The two will not sync together

Login to MyFitnessPal using the web interface, then disconnect from Garmin Connect - APPS > Your Apps > Garmin Connect > DISCONNECT
Login to Garmin Connect Web. Go to Health Stats > Calories In/Out > Disconnect from MyFitnessPal

Log out of GC, then back in. Got to Health Stats > Calories In/Out > Connect to MyFitnessPal > Agree

Yes I have tried all of that already but it will not sync
