Heart rate sensor

I have a Fenix 6s Pro.
Since the end of April the sensors for heart rate have not worked, I’ve tried every reset on the watch to see if it will fix it. However I have had no luck.

If neither the reset to factory defaults, nor the cleaning of the sensor helped, the best would be contacting the Product Support directly.
