I am new to Garmin and I am just trying to create a custom workout which will combine run and track run.
ideally I want to do a warmup in track run mode for ten minutes then 2 times the following interval: a run inside a football field (each circle is about 300 meters so it should be in run mode) for 1 K and then switch to track run mode because I have to do repeats of 250 m with 1 minute jog recovery on a 400m Lane track.
is it possible?
My watch is a Garmin fenix 7 with the latest firmware
