Workout activities don't sync

Garmin team,

Same question as the others: my workouts don't sync to the app. Watch is connected (e.g. HR shows, watch itself mentions it's connected). App is up to date, phone rebooted etc.

Bring a solution pls?

Not the Garmin team here (you are posting to the user forum, the Garmin team can be reached at https://support.garmin.com), but perhaps we can help anyway. What exactly do you mean by "workouts"? Do you mean Workouts as seen in Gamin Connect » Workouts, or individual workouts of a Garmin Training Plan? Or are you referring to the regular Activities, instead?

If it is the activities that isn't syncing then try syncing with Garmin Express.

I’m not OP but I have the same issue but with the training plan. I can find the workouts when I start an activity, but it doesn’t show today’s, only the workouts in the future.

Do you see today's workout if you use the Coach widget or the Training calendar on the watch?
