Garmin Connect not syncing

I have a Forerunner 645 Music which has worked fine for a couple of years but stopped syncing on the 1st April. I’ve removed the device from phone, connect and reset various options but nothing works. Any ideas?

  • Try syncing with Garmin Express and see if that resolves the issue. Move any unsynced activity files to a computer and manually import them into Garmin Connect. Then delete all old activity files on the watch.
