Intensity minutes are not shown in daily overview at all.

Since two days the category „Intensity Minutes“ is not displayed anymore in the daily overview. Also the data from the last seven days are not shown anymore in the overview. Editing the daily overview did not solve the problem. Any idea or other users with the same problem here? Thanks for any kind of help.

  • There are several possibilities. Either you did not make any IMs in the last days, or the HRM did not work, or you are logged into a different account, or the association between your device and the Garmin Connect is messed up.

    You'll have to post more details, like whether you can see other recent and historical data - steps, HR, activities, .... Whether you can see those on the watch, and whether you can see it on Garmin Connect Web. Then it may be perhaps better possible to give you some tips.

    • The thing is that all other data are shown in the correct way and I did intensive minutes during the last days. It is not the problem that the data are not shown, but the whole category is disabled. If I had no minutes there would be a category shown with 0 minutes/ xx minutes. That’s not the case. Also on my watch the intensive minutes are shown. Just not in the app.. Even editing the view in „my day“ (removing and adding the category) did not work. All other categories can be edited, but not the „intensive minutes“. 
      Maybe the screenshot helps to explain the problem :-)
