Challenges Active May is not calculating progress correctly.

Challenges Active May is not adding 20+ min activities and even decrementing the total when doing multiple in one day. Leave and join again and the total reappears fine.

We have done some reprocessing on our end and you should see an updated (and correct) count of your activities. If you still do not see the correct number of activities counted in your challenge,…

Yep same problem here on Android and on the web site. It's a general problem with the challenge not iOS specific.

Do you mean delete the Connect App from my phone and then redone load?

Just leave/rejoin the challenge. But next activity it messes up again anyway. It's baffed.

I have to leave and rejoin the challenge after every activity. Recording on Vivoactive 3 and 520+.

All,

We have done some reprocessing on our end and you should see an updated (and correct) count of your activities. If you still do not see the correct number of activities counted in your challenge, please be aware that this reprocessing is still taking place. If you exit and reenter the challenge, that should achieve the same result as our reprocessing.
